The HOA is trying hard to maintain and preserve the subdivision’s appearance and the pleasant experience of living in it for all its residents.

The vital part of our activity is communication with the residents both by letters and emails, which we are keeping on our records, should legal issues may occur.

In the case of misunderstandings, all parties, for the benefit of all, must work together in a respectful non-aggressive manner to find the solution without further offensive confrontation that may lead to legal complications.

Mission Statement (words vs. work)

One should remember that the HOA Board is a body of volunteers, not professional management. Therefore the Board members are equipped only with goodwill, positive intention, and diligence.

The fact that State law allows every community to elect an individual without any specific professional requirements to act as a Board Member speaks for itself... As long as the physical outcome is kept within the framework of the By-laws.

The legality and finance are overseen by professionals--the Association Management Company, which prevents an amateur or unintentional mistake from happening. The association management is the one that issues checks, approves contractors' Insurance credential, communicate with lawyers on our behalf, and more...

So, in the case of improvement in the community, it is not the professional terms or expressions that make the difference but the right decisions and efforts of the HOA Board Members.

**************************************

Any homeowner armed with good intentions and the commitment to help the community by volunteering wishes to become a committee member or a board member. They can notify the management and follow the instructed rules of the “Declaration of Covenant” document.
